Conditions for Return


1. Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

2. The item must be unused, unworn, and undamaged.

3. The product must be in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.

4. Proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) is mandatory.

5. Certain items are non-returnable, such as:

  • Opened consumables (food, supplements, cosmetics).
  • Undergarments or personal care items.
  • Customized or made-to-order products.
  • Items sold under clearance or final sale.

Return Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your return request.

Return Shipping


  • If the product delivered was wrong, defective, or damaged, Deshi Mart will bear the return shipping cost.
  • In all other cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

Refund/Exchange After Return


  • After a successful return, you may choose between:
